        IKEA doesn't do birthday vouchers AFAIK, they are not that generous… They used to give you a voucher for a free cake at the restaurant?

        This voucher looks like the one they sent to IKEA family members who spent $100 or more per quarter at IKEA.

      Yes sometimes you can get a crazy staff member. I just make new accounts with similar names. Jon, John, Jonathan, Jo etc incase they ask for ID I can say it’s my nickname

    I wonder when this started? My birthday was at the end of November and got squat from IKEA (used to have to chase them every year for my birthday cake even though they very well know when my birthday is)

    I have never received a birthday voucher on either my legitimate or illegitimate IKEA Family accounts. My real birthday is this month though, so we’ll see what actually happens.

    Never received one for my birthday a couple of days ago despite being opted in to receive email communication. Then again, I didn't receive a birthday reward for a number of other stores that I am signed up to which also promote such offers.

          That’s strange. Maybe there’s something wrong with your email and it’s bouncing back emails as you mentioned you didn’t get the other store ones.

    I haven't received one either. Must be some validity requirements to it. Almost sounds like you need to spend $50 in your birth month, THEN get the $10 voucher for a second transaction's discount.

    2x IKEA agents have informed me that the birthday vouchers are not running anymore

      Just contacted them after waited on the line for 40 mins.. they confirmed it is still running but will only send out on the exact date of your birthday (mine is on 28th) instead of the 1st of the birthday month. So I have to wait until 28th to confirm this but looks like still ongoing
