Looking for an Australia Flag Face Mask

Looking to buy one for a mate. Need it by Monday so brick and mortar shops are preferred.

Located in Melbourne. Has anyone seen a shop selling these?

Cheers

    • Thanks but it says "Available on backorder"

      • Ring them and find out when you can pick one up. Else it's Monday delivery on Amazon Prime.

One of the quickest ways to look like a (profanity) in public.

Easiest way is to not wear a mask :)

      This week in Perth anyway!

So patriotism is bad thing? What a world….

That's not patriotism, it's actually disrespecting the flag. Same as those bogans wearing the flag as a cape and letting it drag on the ground etc.

Absolutely. Wearing the flag is disrespecting it. You are getting spit all over it when breathing in and out. Not to mention snot if you sneeze whilst wearing it. The worst is Australian flag budgie smugglers, you are rubbing your junk all over the flag.

        • Agree fully about an actual flag touching the ground. That is disrespectful which is lost on the cape wearers. However the flag is worn as a symbol on all manner of clothing and items. National sporting teams place it on jerseys and uniforms and equipment, as does our military. Heck, some even paint it on their face and body. Wearing it as a face mask is no different and certainly doesn't make someone a (profanity), unless you're a judgemental (profanity) of course.

@Some Guy: That is somewhat different. The symbol, in those cases, is when they are representing their country and we expect them to behave in a manner that enhances our reputation. They have “earned” the right to wear it. It is, generally, a patch or the representation of the flag is stylised.

Yeah, ScoMo did look like a tool wearing one on his visit to Japan.
