Hi all, ordered a dreame T20 + extra battery from Indiegogo last year. Finally got the vacuum today! Yay! Pretty good..
However, only the vacuum turned up, not the extra battery. Emailed them a week ago, but no response yet.
Anyone else in the same boat with extra accessories ordered?
Happy with the suction, on par with Dyson V10, but the vacuum head sucks at picking up large objects. Wish it comes with a soft roller head.
Do you have a Dyson v10 to compare it with?
How is it on carpets and tiles? I am thinking of buying one or getting a Xiaomi variant.. but worried about suction. Dyson v6 and above is enough suction for me, but the more the better ha ha.
Yep, got a v10 in shop. For half the price of v10, can't complain really. Though I'm annoyed I didn't get my battery.
I would never really rely on hand stick for carpet anyway. Just impossible to do good enough job. I got a Miele for carpet only. Hand stick mainly for quick clean after meals etc ..
If you read their updates, they stated on several occasions that the accessories will be shipped out separately.
A little frustrating but I’d rather that than to wait ages for everything to ship together

I tried to charge back.. that failed.
