JB Hi-Fi Plan $300 Voucher ($69 Per Month) - Any Better Deals for Telstra Network?

I got this message this morning from Telstra , if I upgrade to a $69 plan with JB Hi-Fi, I will get a $300 JB voucher. My current plan is 60gb per month and I pay $65 (from when I first signed up and there was a promo you got a phone) I rarely ever use 3/4 of 60gb of data and this $69 plan they are offering has 80gb.
So it’s another $49 a year , so “technically” getting a $250 voucher.

I want to stay with Telstra as it has the best connection in my area (I was recently with Optus and so glad I made the change)

Is there any plan that may be cheaper?

Looking for
- Cheaper then the JB plan I am currently on
- Better value than the plan that has been offered with the $300 gift card
- Must be Telstra :)

  Boost has the full Telstra network (not including 5g) and would work out a bit cheaper.

    Is there any way you can get more data with Boost? I feel like 20GB or less per month is going to be insufficient.

  You could wait for the $500 voucher and $59 plan with 80gb, you can't be a customer already but people found a workaround.

      I think you get a new sim with another provider, port it with the deal, then ring up Telstra and get them to add your old number to the plan. Not sure what you need to say to Telstra but it sounds like it works (number of people have done it)

      They kept coming back every few weeks for a while but haven't seen one for a while. Maybe make a search alert for jb hi fi telstra so you get notified if it happens again.
