Her history/background seems solid. I expect it'll be very "American communication" focussed (quite different to here), but I'm still tempted to give it a read or skim.

How effective is this compared to yelling?

Yelling at my kids doesn’t seem to do anything so maybe I’ll give this a read

Studying effective communication in Psychology, I asked a student if she would use the techniques learnt to improve communication with her Fiance.
"No, I already know how to control him." She was being serious!

      Some people prefer to yell.

      • Probably controls him from the bedroom. No yelling required.

  • Sorry, what?
