Digicat, Any Comments? (Chinese Online Electronic Shop Based in Australia)

They sell some of the Chinese electronic products that are not found on Kogan or Ebay.

I ordered an item (MI foot spa)) at Christmas and New Year period, the CS advised that the item is out of stock and will restock in 3 weeks, it is now over 5-6 weeks, the item is not received and the website does not offer refund.

I might need to charge back from my credit card.

Has anyone dealt with them before?

    Did you actually look around the website? How many red flags do you need?

    Basic website template with lorem ipsum text left in, no company information, fake e-mail, +90 Turkey country code number, social media links don't work, contact us page doesn't work……….

    They have customer support on Wechat, that does respond to question and query. (REAL HUMAN)

    However, the delivery is yet to fulfill.

    Anyone has actually purchased and received the item from them?

      The customer supports might be running from Nigeria.

    auDA lookup gives an ABN of 84 629 505 488 that is registered to the business "TLL Accountants" in Sydney. Seems like they may have copied a random ABN to register the .com.au domain.
