  Does woolworths sell yellowtail tuna, can you use that for sashimi/sushi?

    Buri is Kingfish, not tuna.
    If its frozen, theoretically any bacteria or parasite would have been killed so you won't get food poisoning eating it raw. But the texture might not be good. I would still stick with Australian kingfish for sashimi.

      Thanks man, i thought normally people sont use woolworths salmon to make sushi, it is better off to go to a seafood shop
