Which Should I Buy? OnePlus 7pro Vs OnePlus 7t Pro Vs OnePlus 8t?

Hey there, I am looking to buy my first oneplus phone and i am looking to buy a 7T pro version.
I missed out on a kogan deal which is sold for under $700
I am just wondering if the price will be cheaper?

My budget is about $600 - $700
Or should I pick up a used one plus 7 pro for $450 which was bought in 9/2019.
Or should I pick up a used oneplus 7t pro-McLaren edition for $750. as he said it is minimally used.
Any advice about this? seems like it's hard to find decent deals for oneplus based on ozbargain history.
I am in sydney based

    I hope this is helpful…

I bought a second hand OP7Pro mid last year for $650, including 3 cases. I've been very happy with the phone and that deal, considering people are still asking around that for them now (secondhand) — although they're dreamin'.

It's a great phone. As long as it's in good condition you should be happy. There is always that small risk of the phone dying and without warranty you're pretty well screwed, but I've bought 3 second hand OnePlus phones now and have never had that happen — I've always been able to upgrade and sell the old one for a reasonable amount too.

If it looks like the phone has been well looked after, and you test a number of important features before walking away (e.g. phone speaker, bluetooth, have a good look at the screen), you should be fine.

That all being said, there have been some really good deals for new OP phones in the last 6-12 months…

I'd be looking at both of those second hand options that you mentioned. Don't think you could go wrong with $450 for a killer phone (if it's in good condition).

    Decisions can be hard…

    • Hey man, thank you for your advice.

Yeah, I am really considering getting it but just a dilemma that should I get a brand new one for peace of mind. I meant I found out that the buybuybox selling 7pro dual sim for around $687 delivered.

But I can save $200 for a used one but the only that I am worried about is battery health.

Man, I would be more than happy to pay around $700 mark for a 7T pro version which is faster (was a deal from kogran). As I am planning to keep using the phone for a while (3 years).

I know I am just thinking too much but I would rather invest in one good one. Buy right, buy one is for me.
