You might get a better deal if you go to one of the clubs and talk to them.

I got $14 per week, 4 weeks free and reduced joining fee. Joined 2 weeks ago.

OP, you must disclose the $29 Admin fee in your posts. This is the second time you have not done so and the third time for your gym.
