    I hope they fulfil and ship. The reviews are not great on them when I did a search (one of my orders got cancelled but the money still cleared to them so I went looking for info on refunds and came upon it).

      nah it's all planned, the set fits the lego shipper box perfectly, there's no extra spaces allowed, so if they need to throw the ox in they have to use much bigger box and cost them more shipping cost.

        Then I will go to the ACCC and make a complaint. I know it’s just a small ox Lego set but that’s false advertising to scam people to make purchases from them.

          @FrugalNotStingy: to be honest i purchased some sets from toysrus because of the ox…i can get cheaper price elsewhere but they run out of ox long ago. (match toysrus price + additional 12% off)

            @frozenkuku: I‘ve got the ox from my Myer purchase and I thought it was just a bonus if Toysrus would throw in the ox as well since I already got one. I kind of regret that I didn’t buy more to reach $160 for my Lego.com purchase last weekas they were giving away the ox as well.

            I don‘t usually collect these zodiac lego anyway as I find them too Duplo-like but it kind of pisses me off when a vendor promoting something that would be included in your order but failed to fulfill it.

            To make matter worse, I already own six of those Lego holiday trees.

  If you haven't already you can contact Hobby Warehouse / Toys R Us about it.

  Section 32 of the Australian Consumer Law requires them to supply offered promotional gifts, and it prohibits substitution unless the customer has agreed to it.

      First step is to contact them, but if they fail to provide a suitable resolution you can escalate it to your states consumer protection agency at no cost.

    contact toysrus, and of cos, never reply, really poor business, i don't think i will buy from them again
    i think no one receives ox, it's just a scam. mentioned to them about Section 32 of the Australian Consumer Law, and of cos, they don't care
