The National Pet Register is the largest Australia-wide pet ID service operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
It's a pet identification and recovery service operated by The Lost Dogs' Home.
This service is only available to Australian residents.
The tag issued to you carries a unique registration number, plus the 1300 number for your pet's finder to call. A finder of your lost pet will call the National Pet Register and quote the registration number and we will advise them of your contact details. Once you have registered we will send your tags in the mail within 21 days.
If you lose your tag, you can always get another sent out free of charge, so please do not recycle old tags.
