Does Anybody Know if There's an Email Address/Initiate Refund Button on The Website for FlightNetwork?

Hi guys,

I bought tickets from Syd to Mel for 13th (8 am this morning) and return Melb to Syd on 17th. Obviously that's not happening due to not wanting to have 5 day lockdown (but also the fact that I was supposed to isolate for 5 days as I travelled from VIC to NSW on Feb 1st). The plans changed when I received news I couldn't travel as I had to quarantine (which NSW later changed anyway) - and tried to call FlightNetwork (booked via Skyscanner) but it's a busy line. Qantas were able to cancel my flight (after auto-rescheduling me to 9am) and Jetstar (for the return leg) were able to give me the return flight's cost as a voucher.

Does anybody know if there's an email address/initiate refund button on the website for FlightNetwork for the Qantas trip for the Syd-Melb leg? Also any advice/tips would be greatly appreciated.
