AOC or HP 24in IPS 144hz Monitor?

I am currently building a PC and was wondering what monitor I should get:

I could get the HP X24ih from the education store for 315 AUD. The AOC is cheaper by 50 but it was reported that the panel was actually replaced with an inferior one.

Any recommendations are or actual experience (especially with the X24ih) are appreciated. Thanks!
