buy two at one time to get free shipping

2 of these works out to $37.80 which isn't enough for free delivery

  • Are these any good? Do these ones heat up easily (toohot)?

    • I have 2x32Gb of this model. They get pretty warm and are slow. However, for my specific use case (boot mirror on FreeNAS) they're fine as I don't need fast write speeds.

    • I have the smaller thumbnail model and it gets toasty. These should be better than the smaller models i guess.

  • Looking at reviews, seems that the write speed is extremely slow ~10-15m/s. Read speeds are good though.

    • I am reading that as well. A number of the reviews via Amazon report the speed drops considerably after 1/2 mins. So if you were to copy a small file it will be great but a large file will take a long time.

  • Any deals on Dual drives?

  • write speed are exceptionally slow on these, 10-15mb/s

  • its over
