        • hehe, no one likes popups anyways

btw u gotta enter a postcode in the store locator for a price to be displayed, otherwise it just shows a "call for price" if u choose not to enter one.

  • Anyone know of any good deals for dyson dc35 animal?? Desperate for 1!

  • Thanks for the receipt for $367….I will be waving this receipt around like the Aussie flag on Australia Day tomorrow and won't stop until I get this price. I will report back to base once purchase is complete.

  • just got one for $398 at Clive Anthonys

    • Which Clive Anthony's did you go to? Did you need to show the receipt? GG so far in Bris wouldn't match the receipt. Brisbane retravision also won't watch the Victorian Retravision price

      • Yeh, I tried GG, but no luck, I went to the Clive Anthonys in Castledine. Didnt need to show them the receipt, just said someone got it for $367 at another store

  • Kambos in Perth have them advertised for $397.

  • Saw a sales person at Goodguys Auburn tell someone today that $448 is best he could do. When questioned about better deals elsewhere, his repy was "they sell older models that some stores still have in stock"… rubbish I know.

    • Yeah, went around auburn area all selling at $449 and when ask about bring the price down to $400 or less they just won't do it.

  • I saw someone got DC29 for $367 at Harvey Norman @ Gordon, requested for receipts.

  • I picked one up for $388 from Harvey Norman. The spinning brush head head things were $79, not sure if this was also a good deal.

  • Receipt for DC29 Multifloor $359

Domayne and HN is the samething?

    • That's crazy pricing! Did you have to haggle down much to get that price?

      • I didn't do it, it's from someone else. I'll try my luck this afternoon;-)

        • thanks terrywang, I couldn't resist the temptation and got one from seconds world price matched @ $359…now just need to get rid of my perfectly working old vacuum…

    • Thanks for the receipt. Got 1 from HN indoroopilly. 2 more left. be quick

      • Would you be able to post your receipt please? I'm having trouble getting Bris stores to price match. Thanks

  • at harvey norman today, advertised at $388
    tempted….. can't price match 359 though
the person said below cost bla bla

  • I try to call today to Harvery Norman and they said that $359 prices was by mistake,, no more this offer.
    so shame….

  • Try to call all of above mentioned company… answer: sold out/that's special sold on Boxing Day,/sorry NO we can't do this prices/ Even you have receipt they still say NO…..

  • Ok, I checked with Harvey norman Auburn today and guy wasnt able to move the price at all, Seconds World said they couldnt reduce it, and HN Domayne Auburn said that $359 price was for one day only (further 20% off). So if anyone else has any other ideas I'll be willling to try them.

    • I called the HN @ Aurburn, they said the same thing. The best price they can offer is 400. So just go with Retravision.

If u really want it u could try going to the shop 1 hr before it closes. And ask the person to show u how it works, what accessory, warranty it comes with etc. for about half an hour. Finally ask for their price, and then ask if they do price match and their criteria for price matching. Then show them the receipt and say if they can match the price u will take one now. Who knows, at the end of the day they may be desperate to make the sale… Dont go Auburn again though.

  • HN sunshine in Victoria are selling it for $390. Got myself one and its a beauty.

  • Forget it, impossible get that low prices, we end up got the Miele S5 in BINGLEE Cabramatta with Free extra dustbag and PowerBrush ONLY $375. The MieleS5 does the fantastic job, compare with Dyson it doesn't make too much noise.

  • Went yesterday to Retravision (Footscray) and Good Guys (HP), none of them were willing to drop their prices from $450, pretty much told me to go elsewhere if I can find cheaper… Went to HN @ Highpoint and was able to get it for $397 standalone from $467. Reading the post above I shouldve gone to HN Sunshine and saved another $7! :(

  • That is the DC29 origin. NOT the DC29 multi floor

  • Just bought the Dyson DC29 on 2/1/2012 from Harvey Norman for $396, Swanston St Melbourne (price was advertised in store, not online) - I was very happy with the Dyson… picked up almost a full load on carpets just vacuumed a month ago (either reflects poorly on the old vacuum or my hygiene).
