I was wondering what the preferred Online Sales Platform is for Ozbargainers that sell online? I would prefer something that integrates a website, hosting, payment system and social media (such as Instagram). For instance, has anyone used Square and if so, how did you find it? The reviews that are to be found online are mixed. I am also a little concerned about chargebacks, even though I will of course use tracking. I have used Ebay in the past, but am trying to move away from this if possible. Thanks in advance for your feedback and opinions.
I'm using Square but sometimes integrating it with your website is a big pain and support isn't that great. The developers are in US so you can only contact them via email which takes some time for your issue to get resolved. I designed my online store using Opencart and I ended up using eway for the payments.
I use Square just to accept card payments in person.
I'm also using ebay currently and tried to open an account with Amazon but somehow it's taking too long for the approval.
