Been hunting myself for a fair deal in the past few weeks.
Appears to be an ok price as compared to other retailers shipping within Australia. (Others around 529-549)
Seen lower but doesn't have stock or required you to bundle with other components or build with whole rig.

  Gave up trying to find this under $500 and just bought a 3600, 5600X was probably going to be overkill anyway!

  Jeez the 6 core 5600x prices are nuts even though its the latest gen.
  I got a 12 core 3900x for 610 AUD around 6 months back
