27 rolls is a bit overboard for a trial.

  • I use roughly 1.5 rolls every 2 weeks. I know people are different from their usage, but to me, 27 rolls in 12 weeks is a lot for 1 person.

    • And you count them lol lol 😝

      • How else do you time buying of the Amazon specials as an ozbargainer?

  • ordered, thanks

  • Where is it made?

      China.

      • Yeah figures.

Probably more nonsense excuses like AUSTRALIANS DONT MAKE RECYCLED PAPER.

Well go start that business then.

I'm not supporting that government, that country, or the ridiculous idea of shipping toilet paper across the world on giant ships somehow being environmentally friendly.

We make paper locally. It works just fine.

Going to give this company a hard pass for the reasons Telios mentioned above.

  • for those who didn't pass their primary maths lol:
    Quilton has 180 sheets/roll
this is = 45 normal rolls
and there is still $3/12 rolls @ my local ALDI

  • I got this message:

    ALDI 3x ply @ 18c per 100 sheets in a 24pk.

Posted deal is a no go by comparison.

    • This is delivered, you don't have to go and spend petrol. Also, this one is bamboo, sounds exotic enough to me

    • Worth an extra 0.75c/100 sheets for delivery and to see how the bamboo stuff feels.

The main downside is that the OPs rolls have traveled a long way to get here, which is bad for the environment, whereas the ALDI stuff is made in Australia.

Hopefully we’ll produce more bamboo products like this in Australia soon.

Even though I'm not flush with cash, I'll give it a try. How crap could it be?

    • Haha, good one!
Ordered as well, let's see if my bum thanks me for it

        Wipe right?

  • What makes this more eco friendly than normal tp?

    • +2

      WHY BAMBOO?
Every day, 27,000 trees are cut down just to make regular toilet paper. We’re not so keen on killing trees just to make TP, which is why these rolls are made with 100% bamboo fibres.

A lot of people don’t realise that bamboo is a grass, not a tree. It grows incredibly quickly, making it a sustainable source for loo rolls. You can wipe easy knowing that you’re helping to reduce deforestation one flush at a time.
