    Just clarifying, I mean they are not individually wrapped or wrapped in 10s. Nor are there any stickers on the box to indicate if it has been opened or not.

Nearly all 3 ply masks we buy here are made in CHINA. You can buy the 4 ply masks which are made in VIETNAM, and they are of much better quality.
