Dell ProSupport for Monitors

Hey folks,

About to buy a second S2721DGF. The listing has popped up offering Dell ProSupport 3/4/5 year as an additional purchase. I can't find anything besides the little blurb on the left detailing what this actually includes. I've had a look through a lot of their pages and even asked their Customer Support team and no one can give me a clear indication of what it includes. Was hoping someone here would know - maybe I overlooked a link or something? Was hoping it included accidental damage coverage, but might be a little too hopeful.

"Sorry my bad explaining you with prosupport it will be covered"

This was the response I got when asking if it includes accidental damage coverage haha.

Any help would be fantastic.

    • Was the first search result for me too but the concern is it doesn’t mention monitors only PC and Tablets. Thanks though.

      • Same thing. No accidental coverage. It's expedited support for businesses/critical applications.

        • Fair enough, appreciate the response

          Then come on innnnnnnnnnnn!

  • Thanks to the folks above for the links - had read it and was worried because it mentions PC and Tablets and not monitors specifically it might not be the same thing. Does anyone know if you can get the Premium Support Plus which apparently has accidental damage coverage included with their monitors? Doesn't seem to be something they offer I'm assuming
