Does anyone know what Circles Life consider as a new customer?
My husband is already with them but we want to transfer my number over as well which is also in his name. We'd like to use his referral bonus.
Is a new customer based on mobile number or name?
Yes, I know I can change ownership to my name…there's a long story around that involving poor service at Telstra.
You can't port a number with a different name.
You cannot refer yourself.
