Poor deal for a 28" TN panel.

  • AOC U28P2U/BS 28inch 4K UHD Freesync IPS Monitor $371.36 (eBay Plus) or $379.80 Delivered (non Plus) @ Revcom via eBay? using Afterpay coupon code.

It's a little bit dimmer but might be preferable for those wanting colour accuracy. and a nicer Dell ultrasharp-like monitor mount (tilt / rotation/ swivel and height adjust)

    • Acer>AOC though

  • Not good for gaming?

    • Not bad for gaming at all; It's a 60Hz panel so the highest end 4K Gaming systems would find themselves held back a bit, but for entry to mid-level 4K gaming, this would be a great get. Especially considering it has AMD FreeSync.

  • hey rep, is this good for macbook pro 2019 model

    • Heya!

You'll need either a Thunderbolt 3 > DisplayPort or HDMI cable, or a USB-C (with Display) to DisplayPort or HDMI cable, but it should work fine off that.

      Something similar to this:

Be wary though that very few external monitors will match the clarity or brightness that an Apple screen will. The Retina screen on the Macbook is actually a higher resolution than that of the Acer monitor, and it's a different panel type too.

Let me know if you have any further questions!
