  Difference between Optipro and Comfort is the whey:casein protein ratio. Optipro is 70:30, Comfort is 60:40.

  Whey is easier for a baby to digest. I noticed most other formulas, even the expensive ones were 60:40 ratios though some had slightly more protein per 100mL of made up formula.
