    All bad reviews of fake product seem to be from United States. May a bad seller there. I always buy the ones directly sold by Amazon AU. Never had any issue

    Bought from them back in january and yes, it's different to the one you find at coles/woollies/chemist warehouse. The formula is slightly different . I got a refund as it was not what i expected.

  They don't make them as they used to. The new designed bottle's soap are more viscous and less concentrated than the old ones. It actually takes two pumps instead of one now

    Noticed this too. There was something off about the last few bottles of pear scent I went through, smelt sickening sweet and stung my eyes. I think the design on the bottle changed a little as well. Compared the ingredients and nothing seemed to have changed back then so could be a QC issue

  I’ve been using the pear one for years. Not sure what’s happened over the last year or so, it’s like they’ve been experimenting with different scents and have settled on one that doesn’t smell like the original anymore. I guess it’s better than the few sickening sweet bottles I had before this one. Could be a QC issue
