I find them really hit and miss. A lot of the time their produce is much better than the big supermarkets, but about maybe 20% of the time it is garbage, and not necessarily obviously so until you bite into it.
Still, 9c/kg…
I went to purchase the bananas last night - they were fresh from the box and yellow with no spots. Still quite fresh and not quite ripe enough yet. So decent deal I'd say

There were a few 13kg boxes free by door yesterday!Great in smoothies (chop & freeze for later) or making banana bread etc.
Otherwise small, firm & sweet for 9c/kg in last few weeks. Have so many bananas &
29c mangoes!Usually pick free bananas from my back yard🍌

I love Sam Coco's value and range… But boy sometimes it's disgusting in there, went in last week and a couple of 10kg onion bags were rotten, leaking and covered in fruit flies haha
