    Me :) its got backwards compatibility to everything the dsi (excluding the shop from what I can gather) had and I picked up a Zelda special edition for $235 from ebgames.

    the more appropriate question would be… which suckers paid $350 for their 3DS, sold it for $150, and will end up buying one for $200 again when the game catalog grows.

      I bought mine for $199 before the price drop cause of the david jones or myer website stuff up - price matched at jb hifi, thanks ozbargain, then sold the extra 2 for profit!

      Why sell, you get free games and it has mario kart now!

    Mario Kart 7 has got to be one of the best to come out in the series (just behind the Wii version) and Super Mario 3D Land is probably the best Mario game to come out since the Galaxy series.

    I bought it on launch for $281 with a free game and since then Nintendo have offered 22 FREE games from the store.

    I got mine for the long haul. Currently Nintendo are focusing mainly on the Wii U, disregarding the 3DS & Wii. I imagine in a couple years the 3DS will be a huge hit. (Even if there's a new model out.)

    Yeah, after you see a Playstation Vita you will find going back to a 3DS pretty darn hard.

    I mean, it's no competition. The 3DS looks like it came out 5+ years ago in comparison.

    I expect a swift and quiet death of the 3DS once Vita hits the big time. Hopefully it will cause Nintendo to wake up and make a better console.

    I got permanent marks on my top screen due to the clam design, in addition to what can best be described as a dead pixel (permanent mark thats inside the parallax barrier) in the middle of the screen.

    I got it launch day. I still love the damn thing, and Mario 3D Land is phenomenal.
