    After 3 broken, the rest have arrived ok for me.
    I raised it every time with Amazon, told them their packing method was not sufficient for these. (Box too small and jar pushing the lid up, no wonder it was open when it arrived.)
    Now they started shipping with additional wrapping around the jar and in a bigger box (at least for me).
    (I even made an unpacking video for them, to explain the issue.)

      I did the same explained to amazon about their packing with pictures but the second and 3rd arrived smashed ,however amazon refunded & gave me a $5 voucher & it looks like you may have solved the issue for all of us thanks .

        I wouldn't bet that everybody will pack it the same way (but I have to say it improved). Maybe it depends on the Amazon hub where it's packed?

        For me, one time I had to contact them because it was late, apparently shipping company realized already that it was broken.
        So after Amazon apologizing they gave me $5 credit for the inconvenience and offered to ship a new one free of charge (or refund), I chose reship.
        Then when Amazon received the broken jar back, they refunded me too.

        So free coffee (in return for the free advice).
