    • Sry for that. Changed

Can you do a deal on the travel adapter version https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/605332

  • +1

thks grabbed the new one with the power lead, nice to get stuff with SAA approval and AU power leads.

pity no USB C cable included at that price so you get up and running as soon as the package is delivered and Amazon store doesn't have the cable from you to add.

  • too bad that it got discount 10 within a month when I bought it from last deal
    https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/600528
Anyway it is a good charger and mine one got the travel adapter

  • Hi OP,
“Currently not supported: Lenovo Thinkpad Carbon, Lenovo X1, Unofficially PD adapter cable”

Is the Lenovo e480 currently supported?

    Thank you

    • Not sure. Version after 2018 year?

      • Hi, the e480 was released 05 January 2018

        • Sry for reply late… I still can not sure about this.

I search a lot of websites but still can not found the charging parameter about the e480's.

          The laptop's C port is thunderbolt 3 but not full speed only 10Gbps. And I can't sure it's PD2.0 OR 3.0.

Some device manufacturers before 2018 have their own charging encryption protocols (charger under 60W will work well, it doesn't has an E-Mark chip. But will not safe)

Suggest you can buy one have a try. If didn't work or any problem you can free return and full money back.

guess the previous deal, the included 100W PD lead was very appealing, surprised not with this $29 deal as you don't get the travel adapters so lead would be a sweetener.

  • this is a great charger, bit awkward in shape but still nice and portable. I think i got a bundle with a usb c cable and the travel adapters noted above but paid about $40.

Seems to be a new version with 2 usb c and 1 a port out now though

@auselect, can you show the SAA and RCM certificate for this charger? I cannot find it in the SAA approval register

    • Sry for reply late.
sure,gma-508906-ea. Also show on Amazon detail, and approved via Amazon electronic safety team. The charger also pass UL standard
      By brand h heymixz

      • It still doesn't show on the SAA register. Whats the SAA approval number?

        • Pls Check
          https://equipment.erac.gov.au/Public/

          Certification No :gma-508906-ea
          Certifier : Global-mark
          *Trade Name : H Heymix

        • You can also see the certification picture on the top, There has a link

This device cannot possibly be certified for use in Australia, as the pins are not partially insulated. I would not connect an expensive device to this.

    • So do you recommend any one certified? I prefer a 100W for my Dell XPS
      Thanks

    • Sry for reply late.
sure,gma-508906-ea. Also show on Amazon detail, and approved via Amazon electronic safety team. The charger also pass UL standard
      By brand h heymixz

I know what your mean. Maybe it’s our mistake for the first product image. It’s 3D. So miss the pin partially insulated I will change the image to the correct one. Tks for your report.

      • I was going by the photo, which shows the pins exposed all the way to the body of the charger. Perhaps that photo is of a chinese version (similar pins but not insulated) - not sure.

I simply wanted to make mention, because this device uses enough power to be hazardous if it has not been tested properly. But it sounds like all is above board.

    • It’s 100% has the pin partially insulate. I will send a pic of it. Tks again

  • Hi OP,

Is it possible to include a USB C to USB C 100W cable with this deal? Without the cable I won't be able to charge my device.

    • uh… next time. It just has a deal last month.

Next time maybe will 3 port Charger with cable set? How about this?

      • Great! when will you be posting the deal? Within days or weeks?

        • Around March 10-15th. It's on the way.

      • Yeah that would be a deal I'd be up for. Purchased the last one with travel kit and am happy with the charger all be it my HP spectre x360 won't charge with this unit.

      • Would love it…

  • +1

Hey Rep, does the new 60W 5 port 1C4A charger support PPS ? It doesn't list it, and there's no photo of the base of the unit so I can see the specs. Are you able to provide the voltage specs of the USB C charging ?

Also, does it charge the Lenovo X1 at 60W ?

    Thanks

    • Just asked the engineer team. Only PD Support.

      • You might want to point that out then - it isn't the fastest possible charging, as Samsung Galaxy S phones can charge at 45W with QC3.0 PPS but without PPS caps at I think 18/25W.

        • Anything else should he list? If it is not listed, one can assume it’s not supported.

          • @aec: It advertises having "quick charging protocols support" for Samsung, which is at best misleading if it doesn't have PPS.

            • @[Deactivated]: uh..because some Samsung device supports PD charging. I will write more detail info on Amazon Page.

          • @aec: Fair statement @aec, but when the 65W charger first launched several months ago it didn't list PPS and it didn't have a photo of the charging voltages either.

            • @DJ: 65W GaN supports PPS.
60W Charging Station Only support PD/QC

            • @DJ: I just checked the first launch post (5 months 4 days ago). It listed the PPS support.

If I still miss something. Pls let me know. I will double-check.

              Tks for suggestion

  • I take back what I said about being good. It stopped charging my laptop. Yesterday at work, it stopped charging, left work and left the laptop charging, came in the morning to a dead Lenovo. Took home the laptop earlier and plugged in the original charger 65w charger, laptop is fine.
I noticed it was super fast charging my s21+ before, since yesterday, it's only fast charging and it's definitely taking much longer. Will be refunding this.
