This full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon is purple in colour with lively aromas of dark chocolate, blackberry, vanilla and cedar.

The palate is rich with black and red berry fruit dominating the front palate and hints of vanilla accompanying the ripe and firm tannins.

    3.4 on Vivino is probably why it's so cheap.
    Nothing to write home about but at $5.75 a bottle you could do a bit worse.

    IMHO Mcguian black label is ripper value for this segment with a 3.7 on vivino.

      I thought you had tried this wine and were giving an opinion about it.
      Instead you are assuming and recommending another wine.
      I haven't tried the Mcguigan and I don't know which one is better.
      What I know is that this wine is a bargain at $69/Dozen.

      Have to agree with this. Grant Burge wines don't usually disappoint, but the McGuigan Black label Cabernet Sauvignon is fantastic value in the <$10 bracket.
