        All items were estee lauder. Bought the same items back in the 20% off sale in Oct. Cashback was then rejected in Jan-21. Had to submit query, cashback finally reinstated and approved after 4+ weeks in Feb.

  Weird, the website is showing the 20% off price, but anything added to the basket ends up being full price.
