~ $600-700 Budget for New TV

Hey guys,

I after the best bang for my buck for a new TV. It will be used in my living room (netflix, etc).
Im aiming for a ~55'' size or above, hopefully.

Sound quality isnt an issue because I can and was planning to buy a good sound bar / speaker for it.

Im not well versed in newer technology for TV's, but It'd be helpful if it had chromecast built in so I can cast from my phone.

Thanks!

Edit: I was looking at these 3, are any of them good? Im might be able to up my budget a bit if the last one is worth the price.

  • I've got the 65 Eko Android. Fantastic tv! Great value, you won't be disappointed

    • Did you end up using a soundbar for it or is sound quality great too?

      • I have the QLED 65' frameless one - I find sound quality acceptable. Friends have bought from Kogan and it's definitely many levels better than the crap sound you get from Kogan TVs. Dont expect groundbreaking sound quality, but like the screen, it's definitely a great value for it's price. I was meaning to buy a soundbar but I don't think it's necessary at the moment, given the fact it's an elcheapo TV!
The display panel itself - obvious light fade in 4 corners. No other concerns and not damn obvious - only when you're trying to look out for it.
I definitely don't regret the purchase.

      • At low volume the sound is fine, but you will want your sounds bar at higher volumes.
