    30hz is half the regular 60hz we are used to seeing on our tvs and monitors btw.

      Does this mean its useless? This HDMI port is version 1.4 I think, hence 30Hz. Are 4K Blu Rays playing back at 24/25Hz?

        For 4k movies it’d be fine as they are under 30hz.

      Would it only be limited to 30hz when outputting to 4K? I ask because I would only be using for 2x FHD outputs.

        1080p should be 60hz, don’t know about two at the same time. This adapter only has one hdmi port though so should be no issue.

                @djkelly69: It is 30Hz. Can support 4k. The maximum resolution is determined by your display, And you could choose resolution on your display
                Here are the steps: 1. Click the right mouse button 2. Display settings 3. Display resolution
