I did a mild search for them on whirlpool and the web and they are legit. I even gave them a call to ensure someone picks up the phone and sure enough I spoke to a human. So I am willing to give them a go!

wow…. well… had difficulty getting into the site from my pc for some reason, so managed to access it from another machine today.
