      Legal reasons. Requirements for running the comps are diferent from state to state and it is often easier for them just not to bother trying to jump through all the different sets of hoops.

    Somehow that website uses 20% of my cpu, which isn't normal for a gleam link. And I've got a 3700x so it isn't exactly weak.
