    got sms sayinng its ready guess i left it to late when to store a couple days later and was told its a price error they wouldn''t give it to me unless i paid $25 at store they said hq should have contacted me and refunded me but nothing yet.

    I don't like the chances of people (the majority at least) receiving their order.

    Just called up to see what's happening with my order and was told Liquorland are only fulfilling a maximum of 4 packs per order, regardless of how many were originally ordered (12 packs were the maximum). Then received another call from Liquorland advising that the order would be cancelled and I would be provided with a $10 gift card!?!?! They aren't even allowing back orders.

    Moral of the story, (next time) just go to Dan Murphy's or First Choice and have them price match…

    I just got an email saying the order isn't available. I was given a full refund and a $10 voucher.

              @SydneySwan: I actually received a dispatch notification yesterday. Let’s see if it arrives but it seems a bit hit and miss as to which orders went through and which got cancelled.

    Liquorland are useless. So called and asked whats happening with order (no comms till that point) and they said they didnt deliver the order because there was a price error on the moscato (so just sit on my money?)

    Just received an email invoice and Australia Post notification that it's on its way. Ordered 8 bottles of wine and 5 x 4 packs. Will see what actually turns up.

    Hmm, I got no email, nothing after my initial order email. I kept checking and it said delivery date expected and shipped australia post etc. Then i noticed days later while it still says all that, in the processing part, it says cancelled. But there was no emails or anything about it. Pretty disappointed.

    I just opened a dispute on PayPal. Why should I waste my time following them up for their mistake. No cancellation, no refund, no nothing. On top of that they send me an order ready to collect text but refuse to give it to me. Pathetic.

    Got mine today after following up and telling them my order history on the website is blank

    They said they were delayed due to a pricing error but later that day it was sent and arrived this morning with 4x4 packs plus the wines I ordered

      Not sure what method was chosen for some to be filled and others cancelled.

    Order placed on March 5.
    Cancelled on March 16 - ostensibly because LL had no stock.
    Visited store today March 18 where I was supposed to c&c order and store had stock, at least 8 boxes.
    Rang LL customer service and asked them to reinstate order so I could collect from store. LL refused.

    To cancel after 11 days because of stock issues and immediately restock store is pretty dubious behaviour. Price error was not used as reason for cancellation. I will stick to Dans and First Choice in future.
