I just read the terms and conditions and it said that you should retain the labels with the code on it because they may ask you for the labels as proof. Has anyone had to hand over the labels as proof when redeeming the points for items? Thanks.

Would be a bit of a bummer to save the points for something big, but not the labels, and then be asked for them, wouldn't it?
I think it's mainly just for the big competition prizes, i used some points on a towel awhile ago and wasn't asked. I keep all my codes anyway just in case.
