Recommendation for good custom builder in Northern suburbs Melbourne

Hi Everyone,

My land is getting settled in couple of months and I have started search for builder. Could anyone please suggest any good custom builder in northern suburbs(Melbourne). I am looking to build single storey house.

I heard about couple of custom builders (A1A Homes, Omaxe Homes) while roaming around the area but not sure how good they are. Any suggestion please???

    Latitude 37 (premium)

    Check out unique living homes, keogh homes(they seem to build nice period homes),lifestyle building services, glenstock homes. Latitude 37 are also good but charge very high prices.
