Managed to order a Samsung S21 Ultra 256GB for $1139.20 after trading in a Pixel 2 128GB which they priced at $40 trade in but with bonus $300 they deducted $340 from my order.
wasn't sure how to post it as a deal because i reckon there are heaps of us who have backup phones that are worth much less than $300.
I think this is a BARGAIN
i couldn't even get my trade in ID to work smh. been waiting for 4 days with little progress after reaching out to both Asurion and Samsung.
they were offering the wireless charger too and i missed out on that.

got the ID and ordered the S21Ultra 256gb

I have an old galaxy s7. When I get to the final page it says the trade in value is $15 but I don't get a trade id. Is this because my phone is too old? Or the app is glitching?

Getting the same error as others. Does it matter if you enter your credit details in? I selected to process trade in store and they gave me a trade in code. It's only if it's online that you put in credit card details.
i put my credit card details as i was doing it online and it worked.
A friend initially got the errors, but he put his credit card details in and it worked for him.
Did you have to send the phone in yourself? Or can you still take it to a Samsung store to have it checked first and they send it for you?
yes, did that. got my first code but it didn't work so i created another one. Did that again still doesn't work. now i have $2 deducted from my bank account and a non-working code.

It says get additional $500 off when you trade in? so if i trade in a cheap iphone worth $100 i get $600 off?
Ive downloaded the Trade Up app and it tells me my Pixel 4a 5g is ineligible for the Trade Up Program :(.. However if I go to https://www.samsung.com/au/tradeup/ it shows me a trade in value for the phone. Still cant do anything because you need the code from the app to generate
If anyone has any idea on a work around please let me know!

O! That would be wonderful. I've just checked this on the link provided above on their website and thought that's it. I might need to download the app and check that out. I also had the Samsung S21 Ultra on my eyes, but I am stingy and think it's still way too expensive. Will see how it goes. Ta
with trade ins, do you send Samsung your old phone once youv'e received the new one? Or do you have to send the old phone within 7 days of placing the order?
