    These are very good when working. With mine the rechargeable lithium batteries on mine failed to hold charge after about 12 months. May be better to get a unit that does not use rechargeable batteries to reduce landfill.

    Have one of these and one of the newer models that look like a thermapen, both work really well. Can’t beat them for the price.

    I have the Black non waterproof model
    Pros low cost, works amazing, fast read and accurate.
    Cons build quality, stopped working, had to open up and resolder every cable, dry solder joints meant cables had fallen off. Recommend to open up if it stops working rather than throwing out.

      Black non waterproof model is old version and we stop producing it.This instant read is updated and of better quality

    Any word on when these will be sent out/ arrival date? eBay gave a guesstimate for Monday the 22nd for delivery. I check my tracking details and it’s only got so far as shipment has been created but still yet to be picked up?
