  15yo is about the same price. No glasses though. I don't know much about whiskey, but there is a bigger discount on the 15yo.

    Deal-wise, absolutely correct. However, the 13yo is finished in ex sherry barrels which give it a distinct difference in flavour and colour. While the 15yo is no doubt good, it’s a different beast to the 13yo altogether. With whisky, age does not always mean superior.

    Depends, decent price for both and I wouldn't part a cent more but neither would please a full blown whisky snob, so if taken from a gift perspective would the recipient be more impressed by a shiny gold thingy of a couple shiny crystal thingies?
