Hi OzBargainers,

Has any else had a bad experience with Dc cameras & optics: https://www.dccameras.com.au/?

I would love to know, they ripped off but taking payment and not sending my item. They are not answering calls or email and seem Shonky as!

They are based in Sydney with a physical store and they are part of the authoised distrubution chain (for certain products I am familiar with)

How reliable they are? I cannot tell

I ordered something in Dec 2017. January came and after emailing they told me one item was OOS. They refunded and sent the rest. Everything else in the purchase experience was normal.

Are you using credit card? You really should for online shopping. After a couple weeks where you gave them chance to respond you can just do a chargeback.
