Used to track without a problem, but the previous 20% did not track for me. Submitted a Missing Cashback Claim and still no response. Have only received the generic response from Debra about the 14 day investigation wait, which has passed.
14 days? What's to investigate? Either it's there is it isn't.

Me too! Shocking ShopBack! This is the second time with no tracking for myer. Must as well make it 100% ShopBack if it never gets tracked anyway. Great marketing gimmick ShopBack!
Can we use giftcards as payment?
Looks like you can't, under the Don'ts under Cashback Eligibility:
Purchases made on the Myer app, Purchase of Giftcards and Purchases with the use of Giftcards ( Whether Partial / Fully ) / Myer Loyalty / Promo code not listed on ShopBack

I have now less likely to made my purchased decision based on these cash back website. Especially with shop back, their denied rate is more than 50% for me. The whole 3 to 6 months long delay to receive the cash back amount is designed to make customers forget about it.
I bought the big Lego 1989 Batmobile from Myer last time and used shopback and I was told after chasing what happened to my cash back that the transaction was untraceable. Yet they gave me back a cash back for a transaction I made for a smaller amount a few minutes I made the Lego batmobile purchase. Shopback is known to not give the commission on large transactions so I wouldnt rely on them.
I just bought some dinnerware and some kids jackets. Tracking has come through… the dinnerware tracked but the kids jackets came in as “Calculating” (aka $0 cash back). Shopback are a joke.
So its 20% cashback on everything excluding Entertainment, Toys & Games, Luggage & Travel Goods, Food, Books & Magazines and Gifting?
