As the title says. Is it possible to have two mobile numbers from the same provider swapped around.
For clarity in the argument. Let's say I have two belong sim cards which are both under my name.
I would like the numbers corresponding to their respective SIM cards swapped around.
Is this possible and if so. How do/did you go about it?
I have 2 numbers. One I use for my personal mobile.
Another number/SIM I use for my tablet.
Work is now going to provide us with a mobile plan. Or rather cover the cost of it. Will involve porting one of my numbers out.
I would like to keep the sim plan that my tablet is using but use the number I consider as my personal contact number.
And the number of the SIM card for my tablet I'm going to use for work.
TL;DR
I want to switch numbers so I can keep the lower of the two belong plans but with my preferred number of the two Sim cards.
Why not gift the data from one Belong number to the other.
I know you can gift data between belong sim cards. It's not about that. It's about the numbers. I need them switched around.
I know I'm over complicating the situation when I can just port the the number I will use for work out but I'd like to keep that $10 a month belong plan as that's not available anymore.
Didn't know they change the plan recently. :(. I was using $10 plan until last month.
It is available, just not for the 1st month.

Just throwing it out there in case someone has experienced it before or was wondering the same thing.
You’ll need to explain to them clearly what you want to do. But you can do it
Just get 2 change number orders (to random numbers), when they complete, get another change order number (to whatever number you want on each sim - each of your old numbers will need to be pulled from quarantine). I would be taking down your current status (as in this number is on that sim), so when it’s all done, you can confirm they’re correct
The old number will go to quarantine, and will not be reassigned to someone (think it’s 6 months) BUT if your number was originally an Optus number (for example), and you ported to Vodafone (for example), the number will be returned to Optus. Can’t recall how long it is though but should be fine as long as you get them done in succession

Minimum is now $15 for 3GB, and like before, you can only change to it from 2nd month.
Belong' carbon neutral scheme ruined everything.
Can you not just swap the SIM cards out between the phones?
