I know Panasonic stopped doing TVs in Australia, but haven't seen anything about them stopping sales of washing machines here. Yet can't find any at all, apart from one top loader. Does anyone know something about this that I don't?

I've seen that link, it still shows front loaders, but you can't buy them anywhere.
The Bosch series 8 are excellent washers (very quiet)
How's the reliability? Love my Bosch dishwasher for how quiet it is.
We've been using ours for a couple of years without issues. My parents and brother also purchased one each for use, and theirs have also been trouble free.
They clothes come out nice & clean, and as expected the system is quiet. We also use the series 8 dishwasher, and find it very quiet.
Covid has most likely played a part in general availability of all white-goods.
Most likely due to a Panasonic decision to limit their local offerings.
