    You can, just start the return and choose the reason “item does not meet your expectations”, then you won’t be charge for a return shipping label , then just drop it at Australia post

  So… I currently have one of these. First one we had to return (due to a weird buzzing noise) and we received a new one which has been fine for the last couple of months. Bought another one for the parents and they've had to return it twice due to the same issue. Overall it's alright but the issues with the buzzing suck.

  Mine didn't but.. Reason I don't think I'll use it is because an actual foot massage is 10 times better.. was hoping this could be somewhat similar but its not

  Bought the back massager last week so I contacted Amazon to see if they could price match but they said no, so I have to return the one I bought and get a new one at the cheaper price. It feels like such an inefficient way of doing things since Amazon are paying to ship it around but oh well.

  I bought one of these last week (the one with the remote) and I am very happy with it. My feet are sore every day from my job (standing all day) and I find that the massager helps a lot. Has it cured my problem? No. Has it made an improvement? Hell yeah.

  I have purchased Renpho stuff from AC Green in the past and they are great to deal with when/if you have an issue.
