      Hmmm… on the site it was $12.31… now it is saying $30… I'd wait a little while as GMG tends to have a price shift within the first hour of the sale.

      You might be right on that but then it is missed by a lot of people.
      I for one only see the new deals and never go back to old ones to check for updates, because of my bad habits I missed out on a lot of the Christmas steam daily sale updates.

          I don't mind a post a day. Might get messy, constantly updating a single post for the GMG sales. I too use Google Reader and prefer to see new daily deals pop up fresh (which would not happen if constantly updating an old post). I'm too forgetful to regularly check GMG when the sales are on, but I check my feeds religiously, that being my information hub.

          noelstewartx > Just thought I'd point out the confusing situation where you can't check a thread for updates (or say subscribe to it), but you can check GMG each day and submit a new deal. I'm sure the referral credit helps jog the memory?

          Ouch.
          I just RSS ozbargain and that is automatic through Outlook so if GMG or Steam deals were posted daily then I wouldn't need to check other sites.
          Just trying to help, plus I've already agreed to stop posting daily.
