Netflix Sound Quality Issue on Nvidia Shield TV

Hi there,

Firstly, sincere apologies if my issue sounds stupid.

I have 2 Nvidia shield TV (Pro n Tube) and have observed that I am getting poor sound quality while watching any shows or movie on Netflix compare to Amazon Prime Video or Disney +.

I am not sure if there are any settings or anything I am missing.

Any help in this regard would be highly appreciated.

    I've also found the volume is quite low in Netflix. As of yet I still haven't found a fix, searched Google and seen a few suggestions but no fix.

      Nvidia shield TV Pro and nvidia shield TV (which is cylindrical in shape)

    What i found out in my android TV is .. the audio with Netflix has a problem when it is set to 5.1 .. instead when the video is playing access the audio settings and set it to normal language (Ex : English, English (5.1)) set it to (English).

    You will notice the difference ..
