Who Else Gets Anxiety When OzB Goes down for a Few Minutes?

Happened twice for me this week. Always put me in a panic, wondering what deals I might be missing.

Anyone else?

edit: I don't get an anxiety attack, I'm just being dumb, please don't actually worry for me.

Honestly this is a bit concerning. I am worried for you.

  • You should consult a doctor, not ask here. OzB may further increase your anxiety level. :)

When OzB goes down, first thing I check is, is my NBN connection active šŸ˜‚

    • Hahaha, I just realised that my original post didn't sound sarcastic enough.

      • Yeah, itā€™s bit hard through a text message. Being one dimensional.

It may explain why, there are people taking social media ā€œadviceā€ seriously when it should be taken with a grain of salt.

  • It only ever goes down because of the best deals.

They usually have to remove the thread from the database due to the size/corruptions caused by it. This is why you don't get to see them on the front page, only the Live page until it's removed. I suggest watching that and set it to refresh every second, otherwise you'll miss them.

You also need to be an active subscriber to OzBargain Premium, but I'm sure you are already (I don't think you can change the refresh timing on the free account? Correct me if I'm wrong). Edit: You change it on My Account > Settings > Live refresh time

  • When itā€™s goes down, itā€™s like taking the red šŸ’Š.

  • I bought a Switch Lite recently and I am checking OzBargain every hour for "proper" games because apparently they are always at RRP price and finding a good deal is next to impossible. I am thinking to just stop this non-sense and buy the games I want at RRP…

I'll just go and look at my price watch app and see if anything is close enough to my set price to buy. I am a polybargainer.

  • Time to start a OzBarign detox post…

    • too late, we are already here…

      • 12 steps of recovery…

1st step, start overpaying for stuff….
