  I bought this in November. I tested it with a 1A and 2A load at 5V and only got about 14,500mAh out of it. Taking into account a boost converter efficiency of 70%, the cell inside is more likely a 21,000mAh LiPo like the SLPBA390190 rather than 26,800mAh.

  I contacted the seller twice but never received a reply. I got in touch with Amazon and they sent me a refund after I returned the battery.

    Just looking at the size of it was enough for me to question the capacity.

    but they have a video, and the device has "IOS input". you can actually SEE power flowing from a plug into the powerbank!! 4 devices charging so quickly the % charge increase is observable to the naked eye!
