  The inkbird stuff is pretty good (I have the fast read & BBQ-4T), although a word of warning to anyone buying their stuff: if you can't set your WiFi network to use separate 2.5G & 5G SSIDs, you're out of luck. It just won't work. I was lucky I had a spare access point I can use when barbecuing, but my Netgear mesh network just won't work with the BBQ-4T.

  Also, if you're getting an the wrong read off your probes, boil some water in a pot, set it in the boiling water (without touching the bottom) for a few minutes, then plunge it into ice water for a few minutes. Fixes them right up.
